Our top priority with our teens is on making each individual feel seen. From there, we cater the class to the athletes in that class - making sure that solid mechanics are established before we add weight or intensity. We want to see our teens grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!
Our teens program is a class developed specifically for the teenage-“ish” age range and is always scalable based upon your teen’s ability. We teach our athletes to move correctly and because the workouts are constantly varied, your teen is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports. Our program can help any high school athlete improve their speed, coordination, strength, and endurance.

Teens CrossFit generally follows the programming of the adult classes, but is coached separately. Workouts are catered each day to the abilities of the athletes as well as their mental states and how ready to focus they are on that day. We think that sky is the limit for our teen athletes, and expect that one day their strength and skills could be eclipsing those of our adult athletes.
Class will start with a warm up, which leads into our skill or strength for the day, followed by the workout of the day.
