What to Expect

Our Beginner's Series is three classes long, each 90 minutes. In each class, you will learning important concepts about CrossFit. A coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.

After the three classes, you will graduate to CrossFit classes. Our expert coaches will help guide you with movements and modifications as you integrate into classes.

Our team can work with anyone, regardless of previous injury or current athletic experience.
