CrossFit is defined as "constantly varied, functional movement, performed at relatively high intensity."
Our classes are an hour long, but the workouts can vary from 2 minutes to 40 minutes, with the majority being 15-20 minutes in duration. We combine cardio (running, rowing, biking, jumping) with weightlifting (barbells, dumbbells, wallballs, kettlebells) with gymnastics (push ups, rope climbing, and generally controlling our body through space).
All movements can be adjusted to meet the needs of the athlete - weight, intensity, range of motion, etc can all be modified to allow each athlete to get an awesome workout each time they're in the gym.
All classes are coach led and instructed. Our goal is that each athlete learns something new in every class.
Class sizes vary from 5-18 people.
