We believe that where you're at today is not where you'll be at tomorrow. As such, this class is appropriate for both aspiring competitors and elite competitors.
Our competition class is open to anyone to join, but enrollment is closed during each cycle. Prerequisites include a commitment to maintaining certain lifestyle habits that play a main role in recovery as well as commitment to being a positive part of our community.
This class meets three times per week and is meant to be done in conjunction with a CrossFit class. Each cycle the programming will be geared towards specific goals. Classes are coached but more casual in structure.
Competition class does not cost extra, but does require that the athletes do something at the gym to help out. We require athletes to be a member of the gym for at least one month before jumping into the comp group.
